Customer Service

We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. If you have any issues with any of the products you have purchased from us, whether or not they are under warranty, feel free to contact us and we will help resolve the situation.

Payment Terms

All orders placed through the DisplayAisle.com website which do not require a special shipping quote will be immediately charged to your credit card at the time you place order. Please be sure your order is correct before clicking the "Submit Order" button.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise specifically noted at the time of the sale. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not guarantee any shipping times. We will do our best to get the product to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason you cannot accept delivery of your shipment after the order has shipped, any and all re-delivery, re-consignment and/or storage fees will be the customer's responsibility.

DisplayAisle.com uses Federal Express or UPS for most of order shipments. A street address is required on all product orders. We cannot deliver product orders to P.O. Boxes.

We try our best to calculate shipping charges accurately. Nonetheless additional shipping charges may apply to oversize and heavy weight items. In such cases our customer service staff will contact you to confirm final shipping costs and order total before the order is shipped.

Warranty

DisplayAisle.com offers a limited lifetime warranty for most products against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of its products when used in the correct manner. Warranty period is indicated under each product page.

Indoor and outdoor printed banners have a 6 month warranty against fading, tunneling or delaminating, and dye sublimated graphics such as feather banners, teardrop banners, and popup a-frames have a 3 month warranty.

Under the warranty policies, product believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection.

Products must not have been misused, improperly set-up, or been abused for this warranty to apply. The determination is of solely DisplayAisle.com and its obligation will be to repair or replace the defective product.

if the received product is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customers cost.
Issues that are NOT covered under the warranties include but are not limited to:

  • Mistreatment of product
  • Unauthorized alteration
  • Natural disasters
  • Failure to follow product instruction sheets & labeling
  • Theft
  • Loss
  • Vandalism
  • Destruction
  • Damages occurred while in transit

Purchaser determines the suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk and liability. Neither the seller or manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage from use of the product.

Damaged Merchandise

We carefully package all orders prior to shipping. If apparent visual damage has occurred, it must be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. If excessive damage has occurred, the merchandise should be refused upon original delivery attempt. Please save any damaged product and the original box and packaging and notify DisplayAisle.com within 24 hours of receipt of a damaged shipment.

Canceling graphic printing after receiving E-Proofs

We do not charge for making e-proofs, however there is $25 fee per graphic if you cancel the order after receiving e-proofs from us.

Order cancellation

During order process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

If you cancel your order the SAME DAY it has been placed and BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a credit card processing fee before credit is issued. Non-refundable credit card processing fee is charged automatically by the payment gateway.

If you cancel your order the SAME DAY it has been placed and AFTER it has been shipped, The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Some items are eligible for the same day shipment and we are not able to control UPS/FedEx once picked up.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

Returns

We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization number and require that you email us a photo of the defective product(s).

We do not accept any returns of used items unless the item is a defect.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including instructions, accessories, lights, etc. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. The restocking fee is 35% of the cost of items returned. DisplayAisle.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully.

Privacy Policy

DisplayAisle.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval.
